MUSIC CATCH - The Most Relaxing Video Game Ever!?!

Can this be classified as a real video game? MUSIC CATCH is a calm and soothing experience set to beautiful piano music. The object in most games is to rack up points and it's no different here. Set to the music, a visual meter pumps out plenty of green shapes which you collect with you're cursor. Yellow shapes give bonus' and a bigger cursor making it easier while red shapes make your cursor smaller. Like most games, the pace picks up quite a bit towards the middle of the song (which is still quite relaxing at this point) and was borderline "a small frenzy". I did feel a bit out of place with the usual game concentration and the unusual calm soothing music in the background instead of the "blow the zombies' heads off heavy metal" or "feel your own head explode techno rap" in most games today. This might be one of the more fun games to actually crank up through your speakers. unfortunately, the experience was a bit short with only one song, then it's over. I think it'd be a good idea if there are different songs or levels to play, maybe Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture! Music Catch is definitely a different beast, maybe a small cute bunny in the forest! I'm going to go have some tea now and listen to waterfall sounds.

Submerged PC!

Using mineral oil instead of water, Puget decided to make a fully operational submerged PC. The only parts that weren't submerged was the hard drive, no CD-Rom drive was installed for this system. What would an aquarium be without bubbles? So they added that too. Later after some minor heat issues, a small radiator cooling system was installed. All in all, a pretty neat project and a fun idea! More details and video can be seen here at Puget systems.
